Through digital technologies and business process alignment, I work with organizations to transform their business operations, employee, and customer experiences. People, processes, technology, data, and training are the tools of my trade and at the heart of what I do. Successful projects and initiatives can only be accomplished with a cohesive team that is on the same page, even with ever shifting priorities. This is easier said than done but I can build and/or manage that team. I am open and available for contract but prioritizing contract-to-hire and/or fulltime positions.

A little about me and my experience:
As a self-employed, independent consultant, I have been fortunate to live and work in several amazing countries. I have managed enterprise technology projects throughout the US, Canada, Germany, Italy, Hungary, and the Netherlands. Diverse cultures and different languages have not been barriers that I could not overcome. I build amazing teams and share my vision of success with them while also encouraging those attributes that make each individual unique, so that they can deliver their own unique contributions to the team.
I have led the implementation of CRMs, PSAs, ERPs, Digital Marketing Cloud Platforms, Legal Billing Systems with third party interface integration, etc. These Software packages lived in Cloud SaaS and/or On-Premises. I also provide more business-technology orientated consulting. I bridge the gap between business and technology or even your business and IT department. As an employee, I have worked for three separate organizations as "Director of Business Process." one of those positions was as a national director. In these positions I have worn many hats and filled many roles, such as business enablement, business relationship manager, project lead, senior business analyst, technology training, and technical writer.
I am an advocate for persons with developmental disabilities. I had worked as an employee of a non-profit serving DD / MI individuals for years as well as volunteering my time and expertise. I was a volunteer board member for "Rogue Philanthropy" until they ceased operation in February 2017. Now, one of my favorite organizations is: The Arts of Life.​​
I enjoy creating art through painting, creative writing, and design. Examples of which may be found on this site. I am also interested in artificial intelligence, specifically machine learning and more recently generative design. Not surprisingly, I am interested in how these tools help humans become more efficient as opposed to replacing humans.
